LIABILITY WAIVER / RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: 責任放棄／危険承認

I understand that participation in Vancouver Japanese Gospel Church “VJGC” Family Camp, scheduled on August 15th to 17th, 2025 at Camp Luther in Mission, involves risk of physical injury, illness including any infectious disease, death, or property loss. Despite safety precautions, the church cannot guarantee safety there, as all risks cannot be prevented. Vancouver Japanese Gospel Church does not provide health and accident insurance for participants of this event.

私は2025年８月15日～17日にMissionのキャンプルーサーで開催されるバンクーバー日系人福音教会主催のファミリーキャンプに参加する際に、身体的傷害、伝染病を含む疾病、死亡、または財産の損失が発生する危険性があることを理解しています。教会として安全策を講じてはいますが、すべてのリスクを防ぐことはできないこと、教会はそこでの安全を保証することはできないことを承知しています。バンクーバー日系人福音教会は、このイベントの参加者に健康保険と傷害保険を提供していないことを理解しています。

I understand that any medical expenses, property loss, or other personal expenditures that result during or from this event (including all transportation), are to be borne by the participant, or by their parent or guardian (if participant is a minor). I understand that this event is basically a local meet and greet, local breakup. I will not hold the church responsible for any accidents or injuries related to this event.

私は、本イベント中または本イベントに起因する医療費、財産の損失、その他の個人的支出（すべての交通手段を含む）は、参加者またはその親権者（参加者が未成年の場合）が負担することを理解します。私は、このイベントが基本的に現地集合現地解散であることを理解し、教会がアレンジしてくれた車の乗り合いにおいても、事故や怪我が生じた際、また、このイベントに関する事故や怪我について、私は教会に一切の責任を問いません。
